Coach Tamarah has been involved in the swimming world as a tri-athlete and swim instructor since 2005. For the last 14 years she has taught swim and stroke development to all ages. She grew up in the basketball and volleyball world but swim has fast become a big part of her and her families life. She has also coached basketball and volleyball over the last ten years. Through all her coaching and teaching, her goal is to bring a positive atmosphere where athletes not only learn how to swim competitively, but also learn how to challenge themselves while enjoying their experience in a difficult sport.

Coach Tamarah lives in Queen Creek with her husband Ryan Taylor, son Rhett Taylor, daughter Lilie, son Tyce, and last but definitely not least, Trey. Her oldest daughter, Lexie currently is attending Dixie State University in Saint George, Utah where she swam for the last three years.

Coach Tamarah is very excited and proud to be a part of the ALA Patriots swim family! She is a passionate, inspirational and motivating coach. Go Patriots!!!
