Varsity Cheer Qualifies for Nationals
The Patriot Varsity Cheer Team, led by coaches Courtney Penrod and Kortney Manning, finished 2nd at regionals held November 17 at Estrella Foothills High School.
Along with their second place finish among 5A and 6A schools, the Patriots were one of four teams in their division to secure a qualification for USA Spirit Nationals held in February. The team will head to Nationals February 21-24 in Anaheim, California to conclude their season.
